returns & exchanges?
Oaties Shop does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. That being said, I do stand behind all the Oaties products so if you are having an issue with any item, shoot me an email and I’ll make it right.
how Long does shipping take?
All products will be shipped out with the usage of Canada Post services. Shipping times will be dependent on the location of delivery, however the following is an idea of what to expect:
Canada 2-4 business days.
United States 2-10 business days.
will sold out items be restocked?
Oaties Lifestyle products are limited to individual drops that may or may not be restocked once the drop sells out. However, restocking is usually pretty standard on high demand items.
Limited to 1 per customer?
At times, products may state a limit of 1 per customer. This is usually for significant sales or promotions and have been put in place to give all patrons an opportunity to take advantage of said sale or promotion.
